How To Transform Existing Exhibition Stands with Graphics

Category: Exhibition Stands

Enigma was invited by Bareface Media to redesign an exhibition stand for THD, a pharmaceutical company, which had launched a new product on the market – the iMeshtacker. They were exhibiting at the Digestive Disorders Federation (DDF) Conference on the 23rd June 2015.

The 3 day event was held at Excel with over 120 exhibitors and attracted over 4,500 attendees. The DDF Conference presents an opportunity for businesses in the pharmaceutical industry to engage with the UK clinical community and approach their target market.

The brief stipulated that the client had already invested in a 6m x 4m BeMatrix system. Bareface Media approached Enigma Visual Solutions as they wanted to work with a company that was experienced with BeMatrix. THD had recently invested in a tunnel shaped modular stand and wanted it updated without amending the existing shape and layout. With this objective in mind, we worked with the client’s budget to find a cost effective solution to revamp the stand without making any structural changes. We suggested a refresh of their interior graphics, which would be tailored specifically to the launch of their new product.

We utilised the existing vinyl backed polycarb exterior paneling, onto which we applied new graphics. The graphics were designed to be in keeping with brand guidelines and promoted the iMeshtacker. The graphics instantly transformed the stand and subsequently made it event specific.

The event was a success for THD and Bareface Media were delighted with the prompt turn around and quality of the graphics. This is a great example of how an existing stand structure can be updated in order to create a completely new branding vehicle at an event.
