This busy role for a Project Executive will involve shadowing our in-house Project Managers to support the delivery and logistical requirements of each event. This would suit a person who is highly organized but adaptable, able to keep up with the fast paced and ever-changing event industry.

Managing storage and logistics between Marlow and off-site storage unit in Reading.
Logging of Goods in on Smartsheet.
To keep the workshop/building clean, and hazard free in line with all health and safety requirements. Reporting health and safety issues to the Operations & Production Controller.
Monitor the AV, sundries and consignment stock.
Produce a monthly stock report of all rental and internally stored assets.
Reporting on the status of our storage and rented space.
Liaising at all times with the Operations, Production and Project teams and ensuring operational delivery and visibility of requirements is maintained.
Ensuring the loading and unloading of all vehicles is managed to a high standard and delivers in line with operational success.Compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities
Operational expertise within the warehouse environment.
Reach forklift license.
The ability to implement and improve existing processes to deliver our clients demanding storage and logistics needs.

Previous experience of the exhibition/event industry would be beneficial.
This main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop client relationships and customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions that are creatively led and commercially sound within the Exhibition market.
You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of specified current accounts as well as supporting the new business sales team with new solutions and quotes.

The majority of work will take place in our workshop, however, you may be required to install and attend site with other members of the team.
