Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Project Manager will focus on the successful operational delivery of each job, guided by the commercial deliverables and the clients’ expectations. Taking a lead role internally, they will co-ordinate with the Account Manager the project vision and ensure full delivery is achieved from production, operations and experience. Supported by the Project Analyst and directed by the Operations Controller, you will be measured on the success of the Project Delivery, Customer Experience and Commercial Performance.

Duties

  • Project manage specified jobs from conception to execution.
  • Deliver to the commercial framework set out with the Account Manager.
  • Create Cost & Production Trackers for all internal and external resourcing requirements, then update and manage accordingly with the Project Analyst
  • Ensure total visibility of planned requirements are available to all Account, Studio, Production, Operations & Project Management teams.
  • Summarise all logistic requirements and share actions with the wider team. Including Freight/transportation, Picklists, Warehousing and Installation Teams for all deliveries, installations, derigs and storage.
  • Responsible for the generation and compliance of all relevant H&S RAM documentation.
  • Manage and record time efficiently and always be where you can add most value.
  • Work with the Production departments to ensure expected quality and product requirements are fully met.
  • Coordinate site surveys - Photograph, measure, recommend materials, ensure everything is itemised and numbered, and create a document detailing all elements of the survey.
  • Responsibility for all onsite project delivery, you will take the lead over all Enigma representatives and ensure first class delivery and experience.
  • Ensure all Operational requirements are delivered in line with H&S and Enigmas ISO framework.
  • Produce a post project reconciliation and evaluation report detailing the performance and delivery from all internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

  • Creative Solution based thinking, Reporting Skills, a keen eye for detail and exceptional project management skills.
  • A high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • An excellent communicator with the flair to engage at all levels with a strong commercial acumen.

3D Designer

Job Purpose

This role reports to the Studio Manager and is to ensure that all exhibition and interior projects are suitably designed and developed from concept to solution, within the parameters and objectives of a defined brief. Your design management will be consultative, proactive and collaborative and offer innovative and practicable solutions.

  • An objective is to be a key influencer within the production process, constantly reviewing and ensuring that the creative value is authentically realized.

and to therefore be a catalyst to getting the design and development into production

Duties

  • Responsible for the production and communication of the latest technical information relating to each project, to ensure that all production departments can produce efficiently and effectively to the plans.
  • Create concept sketches, detailed working drawings and full colour 3D renderings, ensuring these designs are reviewed and fed into current and future processes focusing on the production details required to deliver efficiently and effectively.
  • Create technical drawing sets with elevations, plans, details and defined specifications, to be issued for production, and coordinate with the Project Manager and Build Manager on the manufacture of specialist items.
  • Support Sales & Marketing and Commercial teams with Requests for Proposals, to discuss and clarify the brief; defining the themes, ideas, services or products to be promoted at the show or exhibition.
  • Engage in research, development and primary source referencing to explore specific ideal visual solutions, fabrications and bespoke fittings.
  • Contribute to weekly team Production Meetings, Project Briefing Meetings, Client Meetings, Pitches and specific project team briefs.
  • At key project production stages, assess that creative value is being achieved to the idea and spirit of the visual solution throughout internal and external Production, and staying on brief.
  • Convey accurate instructions and communication throughout short, medium and long term projects.
  • To ensure all relevant jobs to your role are input and maintained accurately on Smartsheet and applicable design fee hours are captured and logged on Salesforce.
  • Maintain professional, positive, service oriented working relationships with clients, colleagues and supplier representatives, and compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities.
  • Attend post-project meetings and contribute ideas to improve the designs of Enigma projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience using Cinema 4D, AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to brainstorm ideas and produce concept sketches when required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Commercial Team – Exhibition Accounts Manager

Job Purpose

This main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop client relationships and customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions that are creatively led and commercially sound within the Exhibition market.

You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of specified current accounts as well as supporting the new business sales team with new solutions and quotes.

Duties

KNOWLEDGE of the design and build of exhibition stands (modular and custom build)

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT skills with clients and production. Working with clients to define a clear brief, whilst offering advice on types of solutions, then working with the project and production teams to deliver to the spec of the brief.

AN EYE FOR CREATIVE, the ability to know what is a good design, what will work in production whist meeting the budget and brief

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive production knowledge in the industry (modular exhibitions, custom built exhibitions) with a little black book of 3rd party suppliers
  • An excellent communicator with the flair to engage all types of contacts with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience of identifying and generating own leads.
  • Proven track record for achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to develop relationships to fully understand key Client personal motivations and aspirations
  • Ability to provide convincing presentations, engage audience and deal with questions, exude confidence and knowledge

2D Artworker

Job Purpose

This role reports to the Studio Manager and is to ensure that all artwork received is implemented to the client’s requirements as instructed in the brief. This includes producing visuals for client approval, making any necessary amendments and producing fit-for-purpose print ready files.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Enigma branding is consistently applied within the agreed guidelines and provide creative solutions for both internal and external customers.

The ability to prioritise your workload and work under pressure is essential, particularly during busy periods

Duties

  • Produce artwork within given customer deadlines, making changes where necessary and following the brief as instructed.
  • Take responsibility for all parts of the print process, from low-res visuals to high quality print files, ensuring all files are accurate and fit-for-purpose.
  • Use your creative knowledge and skills to provide clients with alternative suggestions to meet the requirements of the brief as and when required.
  • Apply the Enigma corporate identity consistently to all internal and external documents within the existing branding guidelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team Production Meetings, Project Briefing Meetings, Client Meetings, Pitches and specific project team briefs, when required by the Studio Manager.

  • Ensure all completed jobs are archived in a correct, consistent and orderly fashion.

Freelance Carpenter & Fabricator

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will join our team for a period of 2 months (May & June) to help build, finish and apply all work for these projects to a high standard during our busy season. The majority of work will take place in our workshop, however, you may be required to install and attend site with other members of the team.

Duties

  • Work on site and assist in fitting jobs on an ad-hoc basis when required.
  • Ensuring all labour times are logged onto quotes/jobs.
  • Compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to have the ability to interpret drawings and diagrams and to take accurate measurements and build to precision.
  • Must be methodical and security conscious.
  • Ability to balance and handling a high level of work.

We are looking for a team player, able to work against tight deadlines and willing to be flexible when needed. To receive instructions and implement to clients requirements. The majority of time will be spent at Enigma HQ within our workshop.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will join our team for a period of 2 months (May & June) to assist with our busy period. Day to day duties include finishing and applying all work for these projects to a high standard. We are looking for a team player, able to work against tight deadlines and willing to be flexible when needed. Majority of work will be in house, but site visit may sometimes be necessary.

  • Full Time Junior Sign Maker: Large Format, Exhibition Graphics & Signage

    Job Purpose

    The successful candidate will join our team to help print, finish and apply all work for these projects to a high standard. We are looking for a team player, able to work against tight deadlines and willing to be flexible when needed.

    This is permanent position, 40 hours per week.
    Competitive package available for the right candidate. Fully training on machinery, techniques and onsite installation will be provided.

  • Finishing, sealing and mounting.
  • Vinyl Plotting, weeding and application.
  • To ensure you are aware of our workloads and deadlines.

    Senior Print Finisher

    Job Purpose

    The role reports directly to the print manager. As a senior member of the team you will use your skills & knowledge to actively aid the workflow of the print & finishing department. Using your experience you will be able to determine the best way to proceed with work in a timely & proficient manner. You will assist junior members of the team to increase their skills and knowledge base. With your skillset in print & finishing you will be able to see all jobs through to completion, from working with artwork files you will be able to determine the best print method to achieve the highest level of print quality. Your skillset will enable you to apply graphics in all its various forms to the relevant substrates.

    Duties

    • Printing large format graphics up to 3.2m wide.
    • Finishing, sealing and mounting.
    • Vinyl Plotting, weeding and application.
    • To ensure you are aware of workloads and deadlines.
    • To help quality check everything produced.
    • To be a leader & strong influence on all junior team members
    • To actively be logging waste management & aiding in methods to keep wastage to a minimum at all times
    • Inform Procurement Manager on weekly stock/ink requirements.
    • To keep the workshop/building clean, and hazard free in line with all health and safety requirements. Reporting health and safety issues to Production Manager.
    • To maintain machinery and tools, acting on and resolving problems. Advising Production Manager if further action is necessary.
    • Compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities.
    • Accurately log their time on sales force and clarity to help with company reconciliation
    • In the absence of your manager take an active role in day to day work flow.
    • Communicate accurately with the business through the smartsheet business tool
    • To be flexible with working hours particularly the 2nd & 3rd quarters of the year
