Account Manager

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a first-class relationship builder; a highly personable individual who can develop meaningful client relationships. You’ll be able to maintain and develop relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions that are creatively led and commercially sound within the event and exhibition market.

You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of some of our key accounts within our portfolio as well as working really closely with our in-house sales team to develop new clients by assisting with new ideas and quotes.This role will play a pivotal role in each customer’s process-led journey, being the key contact and go to person ensuring a seamless experience for the client. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider team here at Enigma; in particular our internal creative teams to develop the design, whilst ensuring the design solution is agreed and can be delivered by internal production and project teams.

Duties

  • Leading client relationships to build and sustain long-term business for the company
  • Support the company's wider new business effort working with sales colleagues to produce marketing collateral, presentations and pitches
  • Work with the Head of Commercial on facilitating meetings and regular client liaison
  • Take detailed accurate briefs from the client, using production knowledge to guide and produce a deliverable opportunity
  • Keep all financial and work tracking databases (including Clarity / Smartsheet) up to date
  • Produce working document account plans for each client in-line with the bigger picture process
  • Ensuring plans are maintained and developed as required so they remain relevant and up-to-date
  • Develop a strong working relationship with relevant project manager to support and monitor project delivery through production and operational delivery to ensure accurate, detailed communication
  • Actively partake in meetings as and when required updating the Head of Commercial on current and forthcoming jobs and figures
  • Actively developing and increasing your knowledge of all Engima can do so you’re able to offer our clients the best products and service
  • Shared responsibility of answering incoming calls acting as the primary point of contact for all inbound telephone enquiries
  • To take an active role in the Health, Safety and Welfare of our staff and anyone coming into contact with us.
  • To be diligent in respect of the Company’s property and assets including intellectual property and confidential issues.
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Direct product knowledge or experience from a similar or creative industry
  • Enthusiasm for the role; to learn about Enigma and be a brand ambassador for our services
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A great ability to professionally engage with people from all industries and build meaningful relationships
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects
  • Great business acumen
  • Proven track record for achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to multi task and work in a busy collaborative environment
  • A high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple task and work under pressure

Senior Sales Executive

Job Purpose

The focus of the role is to develop and maintain our sales yearly plan across all exhibitions, events and interiors prospects growing income and cultivating important client relationships.

This new team member will play a pivotal role in our commercial team and work cross collaboratively with the wider team here at Enigma maximising the creative, management and operational resources we have in-house.

Duties

  • Grow new revenue by researching potential new prospects and sales opportunities
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, calls and partner referrals
  • Work alongside the account team to lead and coordinate contract negotiations and successful pitch wins
  • Produce reports and input data into the relevant databases
  • Mitigating customer turnover alongside the account managers by maintaining strong productive relationships
  • Produce effective sales collateral and pitch materials
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries
  • Work very closely with the account and project managers to ensure seamless development and delivery of projects
  • Be well presented; often being the face representing Enigma. Maintain a professional manner representing the company and its values to the highest possible standard
  • High level of relevant product and operational knowledge
  • Work with the Head of Commercial to ensure internal processes are efficient.
  • Ensure you are mindful of the context of the role and how the role sits within the wider context of the company

Skills & Qualifications

  • Evidence of successful inbound and outbound sales experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter with lots of energy and enthusiasm for the role
  • Ability to multi task and work in a busy collaborative environment
